The following is the translation of my book entitled "Kurds and Formation of huvud Government in Iran" which was written in 1981. The English translation was done the same year by Mr. Habib Teymoori. But neither the Persian version nor the English translation were published at that time. Also inom lost contact with Mr. Teymoori when publishing this book on the Internet more than ten years after it was written; and inom did not know if he wanted me to mention his name as the translator or not, so inom did not mention his namein case it could cause him problems in Iran. Recently I saw an obituary on the Internet that Mr. Habib TeymooriMasuleh had passed away in 2010in Iran*. He was an excellent translator with a deep knowledge of economics and history and actually I should say his translation of my book about Kurdistan is like an original English book by itself and even the English version of Chapt

The opening reception for a solo exhibition by Ruston artist Hooshang Khorasani is set for 5-9 p.m. today, Aug. 3, at the Northeast Louisiana Arts Council as part of this month’s Downtown Gallery Crawl in Monroe and West Monroe.
Three genres of Khorasani’s work are on display: abstract, equine and floral. The exhibit will continue until Sept. 8.
Khorasani received additional recognition recently when Bayou Life magazine featured him as its Bayou Artist for July.
The current exhibit includes both acrylic and mixed media paintings, ranging from 6-by-6 inches to 48-by-48 inches.
Khorasani is an internationally exhibited artist whose paintings are displayed in private collections in Europe and across the United States as well as in several corporate collections.
